Last 30 days Paystubs

Last two (2)     months of bank statements from all accounts, ALL PAGES

Copy of, most recent IRA, 401k or other or saving/investment plan statements  ALL PAGES

:        8)   Condominium, information including name, address and phone number of the Association contact and          the insurance coverage Agency contact.  Copy of Payment coupon.

PURCHASE ONLY: 1)  Complete, executed Contract for Purchase and Sale with ALL Riders, Signed & Initialed  by all Parties Including Evidence of Earnest Money Deposit

2) Copy of Multiple Listing Service “FULL” form Report of the Property.

3) Name, telephones, email addresses of all REALTORS Or OWNERS involved in the transaction

4) Copy of Insurance Policy Estimated Quote

REFINANCE ONLY  1) Current loan information-payment, statement or complete lender name, address and account number

2) Copy of Warranty Deed.

3) Copy of Title Insurance Policy (first 4 pages)

4) Copy of Survey

5) Copies of Declaration (4) Pages of HO, Flood and Windstorm Insurance Policies (if any)

Explanation letter needed: A-On any credit inquiries, slow pays, collections, charge-off, judgment or bankruptcies.  B-If you have a gap in a employment of more than 30 days in the last 2 years.

C-Any large deposits in excess of $1,500 deposited into any account being used in the transaction,
