2) Copy of Warranty Deed.
3) Copy of Title Insurance Policy (first 4 pages)
4) Copy of Survey
5) Copies of Declaration (4) Pages of HO, Flood and Windstorm Insurance Policies (if any)

Explanation letter needed: A-On any credit inquiries, slow pays, collections, charge-off, judgment or bankruptcies.  B-If you have a gap in a employment of more than 30 days in the last 2 years.

C-Any large deposits in excess of $1,500 deposited into any account being used in the transaction,
