mortgage rate ||This Makes homeownership affordable for eligible employed
 1^st Time HomeBuyers

Program Details: Eligible workers can also receive lower than market rates on an FHA, VA, RD,
Fannie Mae or Freddie Mac first mortgage, reduced upfront fees, no origination points or discount points
and down payment and closing cost assistance. Types of Properties: 1 to 4 Families, Condos, Manufactured.
